Map of West Fork Fish Creek

West Fork Fish Creek is a small mountain stream in western Montana offering solitude and native westslope cutthroat trout fishing. The creek flows through forested terrain with pocket water and small pools. Brook trout are also present in some reaches. This is wade-fishing-only water best suited for short rods and stealth. Access is limited, adding to the backcountry feel. Best fishing is after spring runoff subsides through early fall.
