Smith Lake

Smith Lake is a small Montana lake providing trout and kokanee fishing opportunity. The lake offers boat ramp access and reasonable shore fishing. Rainbow trout are stocked periodically, with kokanee providing additional targets. Trolling with small lures or bait works for both species. The lake is a good family fishing destination with easier access than backcountry alternatives.
